Welcome to the Post Pilots blog

What to expect from this blog - and why consistency beats hustle on Instagram in 2026.

Hey - David here, founder of Post Pilots. This is the first post on our new blog.

    What you'll find here

Three kinds of posts, nothing else:

    1. Practical guides on Instagram scheduling, carousel design, and reels growth - the kind of stuff you can ship this week.
    2. Honest tool comparisons - including comparisons where Post Pilots isn't the best fit. We'd rather you pick the right tool than sign up and churn.
    3. Short data notes - things we're seeing across hundreds of creators using the product.

Why start a blog in 2026?

LLMs have made a lot of "content marketing" feel pointless. There's a flood of SEO-flavored filler on every creator topic. I'm betting the opposite direction: fewer posts, written by someone who actually builds the product, with real screenshots and real numbers.

If you're reading this, you can reach me at david@post-pilots.com with corrections, ideas, or requests. The comments section is your email inbox.

    One thing I keep seeing

Creators keep asking the same question in different words: "How do I stay consistent without burning out?"

The answer is boring. Batch your content once a week. Schedule it. Stop opening Instagram at 9 PM to post. Do that for six months and you'll be ahead of ~80% of creators in your niche.

That's the whole pitch for Post Pilots, too - we just make the scheduling part take ~5 minutes instead of 30.

    More soon.
