By accessing and using Post Pilots ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Post Pilots provides the following services:

• Automated posting of image carousels to Instagram Business Accounts
• AI-powered caption generation using OpenAI
• Scheduled posting with timezone support
• Image storage and management
• Post history and analytics

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Content Guidelines

• You must own or have the right to use all images you upload
• You are solely responsible for the content you post to Instagram
• Content must comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal material, hate speech, spam, or copyright infringement

Instagram Compliance

• You must use a valid Instagram Business Account
• You agree to comply with Instagram's Platform Terms and API usage guidelines
• You acknowledge that Instagram may change their API or policies at any time
• You must respect Instagram's rate limits (200 API calls per hour per account)

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Bypass rate limits or security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or data mine our Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Failed posts due to Instagram API changes or downtime
• Account suspensions or bans by Instagram
• Loss of data due to user error or technical issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion (GDPR soft delete).

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
